Congressional Calendar

Transforming Tradition

The Public Policy and Law practice produces an annual congressional calendar. Traditionally, this calendar is produced on US letter-size paper. However, the group presented our marketing team with a unique challenge: to transition this piece into a digital viewing experience.

With careful consideration of layout, readability, and user experience, the team proactively transformed the calendar from a static design into a more compact digital format to enhance usability.

Implement a mobile-friendly interactive version of the calendar using Ceros that could be accessed via a QR code or link. Alongside this interactive experience, the team also crafted a compact printed version for distribution to clients, potential clients, and event attendees.

When the concept was presented to members of the practice, they were “truly ecstatic” to have a more compact, and interactive experience.
